Create and manage separate survey links for school classes, private tutoring, or any other teaching context.
Before you share a survey
For the most private setup, give each student a short code such as 5A-07. Otherwise ask students to enter their first name only, never a surname, contact details, or sensitive personal information.

Set up your workspace
Verify your teacher account, add your professional name in Profile, then enter the subject, topic, and class.

Create and share a survey
Open Survey links, create a group link, and send the link or short code to students.

Keep responses appropriate
Ask students for a teacher-issued code or a first name only. Do not collect surnames, contacts, passwords, health details, or other sensitive information.

Review and correct responses
Select a student card to review a response. If it was submitted by mistake, use Delete survey response; deletion cannot be undone.

Export or remove data
Export responses to CSV when needed. Responses are scheduled for deletion after 280 days and can be deleted earlier at any time.

Create a teaching prompt
Review the explanation or homework preview, then copy the finished prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or another AI tool.
